While taking my photographs I do not necessarily strive for a correct reproduction of the scenery. I’m more interested in colours and shapes and their interplay.

Some parts blur or literally dissolve. Vertical and horizontal elements combine with each other and create a new structure – forms condense into a new unity and also create new spaces.

‘brooklyn bound blurred’ is my first series in this way. Produced from 2010 until 2013.
